Kloey M. Miller, 8, of Roaring Branch, Pa (Union Twp.) passed away December 1, 2017. The result of a tragic ATV accident while searching for a beloved calf.
Kloey (Bug) was born on November 13, 2009 to Eugene C Miller Jr and Amy Makley (Canton) at Wellsboro Hospital.  At a very young age, Kloey grew to love the life of a farmer’s daughter. Countless hours were spent with her father on the tractor in the hay field, feeding the cows in the barn, to riding sidekick to the local Sale Barn weekly. The farm was her life. She could tell you if a crop looked good or it was going to be poor. Where ever you would see her father, his trustee
sidekick was sure to follow.
Kloey was a very sassy, vibrant and athletic little girl at an early age. Kloey was blessed to spend girl time with her mom. They enjoyed having shopping trips and mani/peti time. Kloey was always up for a new nail color. She would sit for hours admiring special friends taking part in the sport that she later became to love and conquer. Kloey would spend countless hours singing songs and jamming out with her mom while traveling to and from cheer competitions and practices. Kloey was an avid member of Core Athletix in Elmira NY, a competitive cheer gym.  There she became a part of a huge family that all loved her very much.  Kloey attended Canton Area Elementary School and was a member of Ms. Dewey’s 2nd grade class, where she had several friends.
Kloey enjoyed spending time watching her brothers play football and telling them how to drive the family tractor. Kloey loved to spend hours on the trampoline and having her mom record her new dance routines or 8-Counts that she would create in the family Livingroom.  Kloey loved spending time with her canine friend Baxter.
Other loving survivors are: Brothers: Michael (Mandy) Miller, Loyalsock; Brian ( Ashley) Miller, Montoursville; Justin Miller, Loyalsock; Christopher ( Rachel Strange) Makley, Montgomery; Logan and Nathan Makley at home. Sister: Alexis Taylor Miller, S. Carolina. Grandparents: Louise Shuman, Newberry; Samual and Sharyl Lloyd, Liberty. Aunts and Uncles: Abbie Lloyd, Sharon Miller, Ronnie Miller and Mark Miller. Nieces and Nephew: Kiersten (K.K), Cadence and Nolan. Special friends: David and Betty Spencer, Hoyt Gowin, Abbie Bardo, Sonja Walker and Family, David and Crystal and children and the entire Core Athletix program.
Kloey is predeceased by her grandfather Eugene Miller Sr.
Visitation with Kloey and her family will be held at Canton Elementary Theaterette, 545 E. Main St, Canton, Pa 17724 on Thurs Dec 07, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please enter at the main entrance of the school. A celebration honoring Kloey’s life will be 1:00 PM, Fri Dec 08, 2017 at North Street Community Church 177 North St Canton, Pa 17724.

My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to her parents, grands, siblings, and all members of Kloey's family. "To lose a child, is to lose your future." My family suffered such a loss many years ago, and though the pain lessens, it never really leaves. Only true faith in GOD helps. Hold the thought that she has seen THE FACE OF GOD!! My heart aches for all of you...Ethel

I am a former New Albany, PA resident, now living in Endicott, NY. I read of Kloey's accident and death. Although I did not know her, nor do I know anyone in her family, my heart goes out in great sorrow and prayer for her family and friends. As a pastor, I often seek to bring comfort and understanding to families when they have lost loved ones. Words are never sufficient, but I still want you to know that I am deeply touched by your loss. Her picture shows such a vibrant, loving, young lady. Only God knows the "Why" of these situations. I know you will always cherish her memory. May God give you comfort for the years ahead. God bless you.
