Jerimy "Moe" Fiske

April 20, 1975 ~ December 11, 2018 (age 43)

Jerimy “Moe” Fiske, 43, of Monroeton, PA (Barclay Mountain) passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from injuries received in an automobile accident.

Born April 20, 1975 in Sayre, PA, Jerimy Ray, “Moe” to family and friends, was a son of Emily (Bidlack) Woodcock of Monroeton and the late Jeffery Fiske.  On Aug. 21, 2010, he married the former Melissa Hibbert on Barclay Mountain.  Most recently he was employed as a painter for UTLX Rail Car Company in Sayre.

Moe was blessed with a compassionate nature and a great sense of humor.  He shared a strong bond with his family and was known to help out anyone in need.  He was a life-long outdoorsman, hunter and fisherman.  He always loved times spent camping with family and friends and was a part of the “Barclay Mountain Brew Crew”.  Moe also was an avid rattlesnake hunter and enjoyed blueberry picking, just like his beloved grandfather.

In addition to his mother and stepfather, Emily and Norman Woodcock, surviving is his wife Missy; two children, Ryan and Brooke Powell; siblings, Jason (Kim) Fiske of Barclay Mtn., Joshua Pelton of Sayre, Raymond (Amanda) Woodcock, Hollie (Damien) Irvine, Tammy (Mike) Anderson and Jackie Woodcock all of Barclay Mtn.; grandmother, Neva Fiske of Sayre; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Chris (Jen) Hibbert of Canton and Rachelle (Dennis) Kinsman of Monroeton, several aunts, uncles, and special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Also very special friends; Brenda House, Chris Johnson and all of the Sunfish Pond gang.  Moe was predeceased by his grandparents Robert and Mary Bidlack and also by his in laws William and Charlotte Hibbert.  

There will be no calling hours.  A memorial service in celebration of Jerimy’s life at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Pepper Funeral Home & Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Dr., in Canton.  In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to Melissa Fiske at 2243 Mountain Rd.
