Born October 13, 1959 in Bellefonte, PA, Randy was a son of Barbara (Keller) Mills of Centre Hall, PA and the late Charles DeVinney. Randy was also a devoted family man who cherished his children and grandchildren. His hobbies included woodworking, hunting, NASCAR’S Dale Earnhardt Sr., the Pittsburgh Pirates and Los Angeles Rams. He was proud of his home, kept his yard immaculate and enjoyed listening to music, especially The Doors and George Thorogood.
In addition to his mother, Barbara (Bill) Mills, surviving is Sherry, his wife of 16 years; children, Niles DeVinney of Pittsburgh and Sara DeVinney of Jersey Shore (fiancé Seth Toboz); stepchildren, Kevin Hughes of Pittsburgh, Ryan Hughes of Barbours and Christina (Dustin) Bedford of Canton; grandchildren, Donovan, Tyson, Drake, Bryce and Cayleigh; siblings, Chuck (Carol) DeVinney of Kentucky, Deb (Bob) Reese of Centre Hall and Jodi (Scott) Williams of Pleasant Gap; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Also surviving are his best friends, Ricky Thomas of Barbours and Donnie Smith of Proctor and his beloved dog Rosie.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by grandparents, Charles and Ida Keller and John and Lillian DeVinney.
