A. Duane "Pete" Rockwell, 85, husband of Dawn (Griffin) Rockwell, of Canton Township, PA, went home to his Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at his residence while surrounded by his family. Allen Duane Rockwell was born March 8, 1939, in Sayre, a son of the late Maxwell and Dolla (Bellows) Rockwell. He was lovingly raised by his grandparents the late L.J. and Jenny Bellows.

Throughout life Duane main interest was the love he shared at home and for his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother.

He is survived by his wife Dawn, children, Shawn (Bryan) Hills of Corning, NY, Tricia (Gordon) Fleming of Canton, a grandson, Brandon (Brianna) Fleming and great granddaughter, Calliope Jane Fleming all of Troy, a brother, Willard "Jack" Rockwell of Syracuse, NY, sisters, Shirley Pepper of Canton, Maxine Peters of Middletown, DE, Bev (Gene) Segur of Canton, a sister in law, Barb Rockwell of Nokomis, FL, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Michelle Ann Rockwell, a brother, Dean Rockwell, sister-in-law, Phyllis Rockwell, two brothers-in-law, Raymond Peters and Paul D. Pepper Sr.

Maintaining to Duane's wishes, there will be no public services. A private graveside will be held in the Beech Flats Cemetery at the family's convenience.
