Audrey H. (Yerty) Boyle Peiffer, 94, of Dushore, Pa., formerly of Reading, Pa, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 21, 2025. Audrey Hope was born on September 2, 1931, in Johnstown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Orville and Anna (Houston) Yerty. Audrey was a proud graduate of Johnstown High School, Class of 1949.

In her early years, Audrey worked as a waitress before becoming the owner and operator of the Weber Coach Light Inn in Reading, which she ran until the passing of her husband, Gerald.

Audrey was a gifted and creative woman, with a passion for ceramics, craft shows and sewing. She also enjoyed golfing and entertaining her friends and family. Audrey's life was marked by her strong will and independence. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she held close to her heart.

Audrey leaves behind her children; Dan (Kim Hotzman) Boyle and Lisa (Chris) Demille, four grandchildren; Dalton and Shelby Boyle and Alicia and Breanna Demille, siblings; Sonja Malloy and Cordell Yerty, a sister-in-law; Gail Yerty as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her husbands; Gerald Boyle and James Peiffer, siblings; Landis, Byran, Sheldon and Avonelle.

In maintaining to Audrey's wishes there will be no services. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
