Chris F. Toth, 58, of Canton, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Bradford Hills in Troy. Christopher Fitzgerald was born November 21, 1965 in Sayre, a son to Albert Toth and the late Carolyn (Johnston) Toth. He attended Canton Area Schools.

Chris loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing and all of natures beauty. Chris always looked forward to spending time with his dad and his late older brother Frank. He was a kind hearted individual who treated everyone with respect.

Surviving Chris is his father and step-mother; Albert and Nellia (Scott) Toth of Canton, brothers; Albert Toth II of Avis, PA and Timothy Toth of Williamsport, step-brothers; Joe Smith of Roaring Branch and Mike Fives of Troy, uncle; Glenn (Genevieve) Johnston of Canton, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his mother, Chris was predeceased by his brother; Frank Toth, grandparents; Frank (Loretta) Toth, Bill (Elsie) Johnston, an aunt; Ann Griswold, an uncle; John Toth and a cousin; Linda Wood.

In maintaining with Chris' wishes there will be no services. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements.
