Colleen L. (Hall) Tubbs, 60, of Williamsport, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the Williamsport South Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Colleen Lynn was born August 3, 1963, in Williamsport, a daughter of the late John Hall and Charles and Linda (Rinker) Fike. She attended Williamsport Area Schools and was a graduate of the class of 1981.

Colleen loved watching the birds, playing cards and crocheting. She was a very compassionate person and while in the nursing home she would visit other residents to spend time with them. Most important to Colleen was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Colleen leaves behind her son; William (Lauren) Guinter of Loyalsock, grandchildren; Maycee, Bryson, Auggie and Ana, mother; Linda Rinker of Williamsport, sisters; Diane Quigley (Robert DeHart) of Pennsdale, Alison Jean (Dan Ertel) of South Williamsport, and Kimberly (Darren) Smith of Trout Run.

Besides her father and step father, she was predeceased by a nephew; Joshua Smith.

In keeping with Colleen's wishes services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements.
