Connie S. (Jackson) Baldwin, 74, of Gillett, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 15, 2025, surrounded by the love of her cherished family.

Born on August 13, 1950, in Elmira, Connie Sue was the beloved daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Hilda (Newton) Jackson. She attended Troy Area Schools and was a former member of both the Fassett Grange and the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Mansfield.

Connie had a passion for baking and was especially known for her unforgettable no-bake cookies. But above all, she treasured time spent with her family, which brought her the greatest joy.

She is survived by her devoted siblings, Marjorie Pellor and Charles Jackson Jr., along with many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends who will forever hold her memory close.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Baldwin, and her brother, James Edward Jackson.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Gillett Baptist Church, 33241 Route 14, Gillett, PA 16925.
