David L. Wilcox, 69, of Granville Summit, Pennsylvania passed away Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, at his home while surrounded by his loving family.

David Lynn was born September 3, 1954, in Sayre, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Robert and Marilyn (Greene) Wilcox of West Franklin where he was raised on the family farm. David attended Towanda High School and was a graduate of the class of 1972. Shortly after he joined the United States Air Force and retired after 22 years of service with the rank of TSGT. He traveled all over the world while proudly serving his country.

David was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting (especially for elk), fishing and backpacking into the mountains of Utah and Wyoming. He enjoyed tractor pulling, and spending time with his friends.

David is survived by his only daughter; Michele (Matthew) Willis, grandchildren; Izabella, Madison and Daphne all of California, mother; Marilyn Wilcox, sister; Donna Wilcox, brothers; Damon and Denis Wilcox all of Granville Summit, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and his special friends John and Lorena Wesneski and their family.

David was predeceased by his father; Robert Wilcox, sister; Doris Marie Wilcox and brothers; Darcy Wilcox and Darin Wilcox.

In keeping with David's wishes there will be no services. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements.
