Donald A. Donato Sr., 45, of Williamsport, formerly of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Williamsport. Donald Aaron was born on April 22, 1976 in Elmira, NY to the late Donald Donato and Della (Smith) Donato.

Donnie, as known by most, enjoyed playing guitar, RC Cars, video games and music of the rock genre, especially AC/DC. He was a goodhearted man and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Most important to Donald was spending time with his family. He was dearly loved and will be missed by many.

Surviving Donald are his mother; Della, children; Donald Donato Jr. of Montoursville, Dana Donato of Williamsport and Brittany Chaapel, grandchildren; Lyra, Ellie and Landon, brother; Sam Donato of Ohio as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donald was predeceased by his father; Donald Donato.

In keeping with the family's wishes services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements.
