Dora E. (Foulkrod) Tuttle, 101, of Horseheads, New York, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at her residence while surrounded by the love of her family. Dora Etta was born July 23, 1921 in Proctor, PA., a daughter of the late Arthur and Iva (Lewis) Foulkrod. She attended Montoursville Area Schools. On April 4, 1943 she married her soulmate, Glenn Tuttle in Elmira, New York. Together they shared 60 years of loving marriage, until Glenn's passing on July 25, 2003. Dora was employed in her earlier years at Remington Rand and Westinghouse and later as a home health aide. She was a member of the Catherine United Methodist Church. Dora loved the outdoors and enjoyed time spent in her gardens.

Surviving Dora are her grandchildren and great grandchildren; Bryon (Beth) Tuttle of Nashville, TN., Douglas (April) Tuttle of Hannibal, NY., Glenn (Adam Leute) Tuttle of Meadville, PA., and Jenniffer Mullen of Corning, NY., great grandchildren; Kelly (Dan) Stadtmiller, Allison (Griffin) Perry, Ben McCann, Terra Herrington, Kristina Harrington, Katie Tuttle, Barry (Janine) Tuttle, Shawn Collin and Caroline Perry and Jabar and Tyriee Kasper as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents Dora was predeceased by her husband; Glenn Tuttle, a son and Daughter-in-law; Gerald (Joan) Tuttle, siblings; Dorothy Rightmire, Ernest Foulkrod, Dick Foulkrod, Kathryn Snell, Ruth Blair, Ralph Foulkrod and Rachel Norton.

Calling hours will be held from 11 A.M. to Noon on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Pepper Funeral Home, 578 Springbrook Drive, Canton, PA 17724. A funeral service will follow at Noon.
