Edward J. Cox, 62, of Burlington, NJ passed away August 24, 2020 at Virtua Hospital in Mt. Holly, NJ. Ed was born December 26, 1957 in Blossburg, a son of the late Sam and Margaret (Spencer) Cox. As a young man, he grew up in the Gleason area is and most recently had been a resident of Burlington, NJ.

Ed worked and retired from Manheim car auction after 17 years. Ed loved bluegrass music, carpentry and driving to various destinations. He also was an avid birder.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by siblings; Steve, Larry and Julia Cox.

Survived are; his wife of 17 years Catherine (Biel) Cox, children; Michael Frey, Greg Dupuis (Larisa), Patrick Dupuis (Selena Rose) and Kevin Dupuis (Cameron Patricio), grandchildren; Morgan Rupert and Sloan Dupuis, siblings; Sam Cox, Vicki Rodgers (Randy) and Bonnie Cox and beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Sunday, September 6, 2020 at the Pepper Funeral Home, 578 Springbrook Dr., Canton, PA 17724. The family will receive friends 10:30 to 11a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the family cemetery located in Spencertown.
