Gail A. (Sharrow) Williams, 76, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira. Gail was born June 9, 1949, in Sayre, a daughter to the late Harley and Pauline (Walburn) Sharrow. She was a 1967 graduate of Canton Area Schools and went onto Mansfield University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. Gail was employed as a care manager for BSST Area Agency on Aging and was a member of the Granville Center Church of Christ.

Gail enjoyed crossword puzzles and going to Alparon Park with her canine companion Little Bit. Meeting with friends at Troy Lunch was often her favorite past time.

Gail is survived by her cousin Mark Cole of Tioga Center, NY, stepson Tim (Diane) Williams of Virginia and special friends Nancy Jennings of Towanda Skilled Nursing, Nancy's daughter Sarah Jennings of Troy, Barbara Klein of Troy, Gail and Little Bit's caregiver and dear friend Jennifer as well as special neighbors Bill and Linda.

Besides her parents, Gail was predeceased by her brother; Terry Sharrow, and her spouses; Ernest Grammes, Earl Smith and Michael Williams.
