Gloria A. Wilcox, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Dar-Way Nursing Facility in Estella, PA. Gloria Ann Ragan was born June 4, 1952 in Blossburg, a daughter to the late Ted and Edna (Miller) Ragan. She attended Canton area schools and was a graduate of the class of 1970. She later attended the Newport Business Institute in Williamsport, PA. Throughout life, her main interest encompassed home and family, especially her grandchildren. Gloria was a talented cook and enjoyed diamond painting.

She is survived by her sons, Jody (Marcia) Wilcox of Troy, Jeremey (Miriam) Wilcox of Canton, grandchildren, Sheridan Wilcox, Kennedy Wilcox, siblings, Randy Ragan, Glen (Nona Gail) Ragan, Dave (Cheryl) Ragan, Rita Ragan, Paul "Mooch" Ragan, a sister in law, Lucille Ragan as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a close friend Many Ann Ragan.

Gloria was predeceased by siblings, Howard Ragan, Lois (Paul) Harold and nephews, Michael "Chopper" Ragan and Ronnie Ragan.

Friends may call 1p.m to 2 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023 at the Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton. A funeral service and celebration of Gloria's life will follow at 2 p.m. with pastor Charlotte Morse officiating. Burial will follow in the Ogdensburg Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Gloria's  name may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
