Jeffrey A. Shaffer, 65, of Roaring Branch, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Jeffrey Allen was born June 28, 1959, in Williamsport, a son of the late Chester and Laura (Weaver) Shaffer. He attended Canton Area Schools. On July 28, 2013, Jeff married the former Katherine Dryeding. Together they shared 12 years of loving marriage. Jeff was the owner of Jeff's Bait and Tackle in Duboistown, PA until 2008. After, he was employed by JW Aluminum in Williamsport until his health no longer permitted him to work.

Jeff enjoyed the outdoors and loved hunting and fishing. He loved metal detecting and collecting old bottles.  Jeff also liked working on cars and watching fireworks. Time spent with his family was always his utmost importance and most his memorable moments.

Jeff leaves behind his wife; Kathy, at home, children; Stephanie (Mark) Shaffer, Jeffrey (Amanda) Shaffer, Kinsie (Rex) Watson, Katie-Mae (Kelly) Morgan, Casey (Daphni) Shaffer, Angel Shaffer, step-children; Kimberly (Michael) Reeves, Joseph Coakley and Jame Coakley, grandson they were raising; Anthony Prestipino, nineteen grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, siblings; Guy (Debra) Shaffer, Chester (deb) Shaffer, Anita Hill and Jim Shaffer, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, his wives Jean Wentzel and Karen Banks, and his brother Mark Allen Shaffer.

Jeff's memorial service will be at 11 A.M. on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at New Life Church, 106 Village Drive, Pennsdale, PA 17765.  Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements.
