Josi Salvatori, 21, of Roaring Branch, passed away early Saturday evening, June 24, 2023, at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York City, with her loving mother by her side. Josi Clair Salvatori was born January 2, 2002, in Williamsport, a daughter of Connie Hill and Nathaniel Salvatori. She attended Canton Area Schools and was a graduate of the class of 2019.

Josi loved the outdoors and animals. She always enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. A loving and devoted mother, Josi loved to see her daughter, Kiana smile. Together they enjoyed going on hikes, adventures, exploring and swimming.

Surviving is her beloved daughter; Kiana Lee Borges, mother, Connie Hill (Andy Proseus) both of Roaring Branch, biological father, Nathaniel Salvatori of Williamsport, her dad, Mike Henson, sisters, Cloe Collister and Daphni Hill all of Roaring Branch, maternal grandmother, Ruta Ault of Marsh Hill, aunts, Natasha (Jason) Atkinson of Cogan Station, Kortney Howard, Kim Hayes, Yvonne (Tammy) Campbell all of Bodines, Pamela Esaias of Williamsport, Jennifer Gies of Marsh Hill, childhood best friend, Cammy Gies of Canton, dear friends, as well as numerous cousins.

Josi was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Kenneth Hill.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, from noon to 1 P.M. at Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton. A service to honor her life will follow with Pastor Jen Jones officiating. Burial will follow.
