Leonard "Butch" Fields, 71, of Canton, PA, formerly of Lebanon County, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at his home.
Leonard Sherwood "Butch" Fields was born December 15, 1946 in Newport News, VA.He was a son of the late Bobby Mann Fields and Frances Mae (Kelley) Fields. After graduating from Hampton High School in 1966, Butch served our country with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.An electrician by trade, Butch also raised rabbits.He enjoyed gardening and building model airplanes.He was a member of Canton's American Legion Post 303.
Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Scott Vietzen of Canton, four grandchildren, a sister Linda (Bill) Searls of Virginia, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by two siblings, Edward A. Fields and Janice Reich
Private services will be held at a later date.Pepper Funeral Home & Cremation Facility is assisting the family with arrangements.
