Marvin H. Kromer, 85, of Towanda, formerly of Emaus, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Troy Guthrie Community Hospital in Troy, PA. Marvin Howard was born in Bethlehem, PA on December 2,1936; a son of the late Marvin and Mary (Wargo) Kromer.  He was a graduate of Emaus High School and afterward enlisted in the US Air Force. Most of Marvin's life he worked as a carpenter and was a talented woodworker. Throughout the years he enjoyed traveling north to the beautiful mountains of Bradford County. Approximately 10 years ago Marvin moved to the Towanda area and made his home. He was a true outdoorsman and was an avid hunter.

Surviving is his son, William Kromer, daughter in law, Shirlene Kromer, grandchildren, Kristina, Avontage, Teesha, Sanbria, Shaun and Michael, great grandson, Dillon, his companion of 23 years, Emma Fisher, brother, Richard (Joyce) Kromer, several nieces, nephews, cousins dear friends and neighbors.

Marvin was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis (Truchan) Kromer in 1996, a daughter, Sharon Anderson in 1997, a son, Robert Kromer in 2020 and a grandson, Matthew Kromer in 1987.

In keeping with Mr. Kromer's wishes, there will be no services and he will be laid to rest at his favorite hunting spot.
