Michael "Mike" Motz, 67, of Roaring Branch, passed away at his residence while surrounded by family. Michael Joseph was born September 6, 1955 in Bristol, PA; the only child of the late Francis Joseph and Evelyn Marie (Crozier) Motz. He attended Delhaas High School and graduated with the class of 1974. Mike was married to Joyce (Harris) Motz until her passing in 2013.

Michael was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed working on cars and was a talented mechanic. Mike was a volunteer fireman for Canton's Innes Hose Company. He loved nature and being outdoors.

Surviving is his children; Joyce Seeley (Nevada Frey), Paul (Michelle) Motz and Steven (Beth) Motz, grandchildren; Michael, Angel, Hayley, Dillon, Wyatt, Lorlei, Damien, Nevada Lynn and Dakoda as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his wife, Mike was predeceased by a son Michael C. Motz.

In maintaining with Mike's expressed wishes there will be no services. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting family with final arrangements.
