Neal Toms, 76, of Troy, PA., passed away at Guthrie Troy Community Hospital on Friday, November 20, 2020. Neal was born December 5, 1943 to the late Roy and Helen (Hartman) Toms. On April 8, 1967 he married the love of his life, Nancy Rinker in Georgia. Neal proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam Era. He was employed by Troy Area School district for several years as a school bus driver. Neal also was a member of the Franklin and Troy volunteer fire departments.

Neal was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed deer and small game hunting. In his earlier years he was the owner of a race car that he drove and when he wasn't driving he could be found working with the pit crew.

Surviving Neal are his wife, Nancy, two daughters, two step daughters and several grandchildren.
