Paul F. Krise, 88, of Canton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Twin Oaks Personal Care Home, with his loving family by his side. Born on October 23, 1937, in North Union Township, PA, he was the son of the late Francis and Arlene (Schanbacher) Krise. He attended Canton Area Schools and graduated with the Class of 1955. On June 6, 1958, Paul married the former Linda May in the Leroy Baptist Church, beginning a 67‑year marriage rooted in devotion, partnership, and faith. Together they raised three children and built a life centered on family.

Paul worked for Parker Hannifin until his retirement and was a faithful member of the Leroy Baptist Church. He was a steady, loving husband, father, and grandfather whose life revolved around the people he cherished. His faith in God guided him, and his pride in his family showed in every season of his life. He rarely missed a moment of his grandchildren’s and great‑grandchildren’s activities; whether it was baseball, volleyball, football, or cheerleading, he could be found in the bleachers, cheering with a smile that everyone recognized.

He loved camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors, finding peace and joy in the simple moments that made life full. Paul will be remembered for his quiet strength, his unwavering love for his family, and the gentle, faithful way he moved through the world.

Surviving Paul are his children: Brenda Heeman of Troy; Lisa (Mike) Miosi, and Duane (Delina) Krise, all of Leroy; and his grandchildren: Rich (Jen) Heeman of Troy and Chris (Erika) Heeman of Williamsport; Jenn Thursby (Scott Stone) of Canton; Heather Seeba of Montgomery; Kelly Krise of Canton; David Krise of Leroy; and Thomas Krise (Jody Matthews) of Florida, siblings; Albert (Ethel) Krise of Leroy and Joyce Case of Troy as well as several great grandchildren. Paul is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will remember him with fondness.

Besides his parents, and wife Linda, Paul was predeceased by his son-in-law, Mike Heeman, sisters, Dorna Case and LaRene Putnam and brothers-in-law; Alton Case, Robert Case and Bob Putnam.

A time of visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with burial after in the Mott Cemetery.
