Phyllis M Rockwell, 89 of Syracuse, NY passed away on November 11, 2020 at home surrounded by loved ones. She was the wife of Willard "Jack" Rockwell with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Norman F. and Elizabeth King Peters.

Inaddition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Melissa A.Bartlett wife of Jay M. Bartlett of Syracuse, NY. Grandaughters Brittany (Christopher) Barbano, Amanda (Colby) Rocker, Jessica (Nicholas) Griffith, grandson Cody Mckissick and great-grandchildren Owen and Mia Rocker andCassidy and Cailey Griffith. Also survived is her sister Joan Reath.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Susan (Randy Morgan) Mckissick, her four sisters Sara Rappold, Anna Jones, Betty Diobilda, Kathryn Duca and three brothers, Raymond Peters, Norman Peters and Abe Peters.
