Raymond L. Stahle, 70, of Troy, passed away at his home on Monday, February 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Raymond Lynn was born on October 5, 1955, in Troy, the son of the late Lincoln and Mildred (Elvidge) Stahle. He attended Troy Area Schools and spent his working years in several local factories. On March 19, 1987, Ray married the former Theora Wilson, and together they shared 29 years of loving marriage until her passing in 2016.

Ray was a true computer enthusiast. He loved experimenting with technology and would intentionally crash computers just to challenge himself to bring them back to life. He was also an outdoorsman at heart who enjoyed fishing and, on occasion, hunting.

Raymond was a simple, easygoing, happy‑go‑lucky man. Family was always at the center of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Ray leaves behind his siblings; Sharon (Charles) Heasley of Gillett, David (Patty) Stahle of Alabama and Richard Stahle of Troy, a sister-in-law; Denise Stahle as well as several stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, and wife Theora, Ray was predeceased by his siblings; Kevin Stahle, Calvin Stahle and Cathy Farley a brother-in-law; Dale Farley and a nephew; Terry Stahle.

In keeping with Raymond's wishes there will be no services. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements.
