Richard J. "Dick" Miller, 87, of Laurel Lake, near Troy, PA, passed away at his residence on Saturday, October 25, 2025, with his wife Judy, of 48 years, by his side. Richard James was born June 1, 1938, in East Stroudsburg, PA, a son to the late Eugene and Edith (Seigafuse) Miller. He attended East Stroudsburg High School and was a graduate of the class of 1957 and then served 8 years in the National Guard and 2 years in the Army. Dick, as known by most, was the co-owner of Marshalls Creek Beverage in Marshalls Creek, Pa., until his retirement in 2005.

Dick was a passionate outdoorsman who found great joy in hunting and fishing. In his later years, he took pride in caring for his yard and garden. He and his beloved wife, Judy, shared a love for adventure, exploring the world together through international travel. Dick was a naturally sociable soul who delighted in striking up conversations with everyone he encountered.

Dick is survived by his wife; Judy at home, his son; Duane Miller, daughter Heidi Senkoruk both of Estbg, Pa., stepson; Rick Lesoine of Kingston, Pa., and Greg Lesoine of Moab, Utah, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Dick was predeceased by his son Dale Miller, a sister, three brother's and stepdaughter, Robyn Ierardi.
