Robert E. McNeal, 61, of Rincon, Georgia, formerly of Blossburg, passed away very unexpectedly on April 3, 2021. Robert Eugene was born November 16, 1959 to Florence (Lamanski) McNeal and the late Glen McNeal in Alabama. He attended North Penn Junior/Senior High School and was a graduate of the class of 1978.

After high school, he proudly enlisted in the United States Army where he served as a Chinook Mechanic until his retirement in August of 1998.

Besides his mother, Florence of Blossburg, he is survived by his daughter; Amanda Rose McNeal of Rincon, Georgia, his son, Bryan Robert McNeal of Rincon Georgia, siblings: Glen Michael McNeal, Rose Putnam (Bill Putnam), Patrick McNeal, and Katherine McNeal and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
