While surrounded by his loving family, Robert "Bob" Strozyk, 73, of Canton, PA. went home to join his wife, Joanne in heaven on Friday August 17, 2018 following a brief illness.

Robert W. was born January 14, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a son of the late Waleryan and Helen (Redwnowski) Strozyk. Bob married the former Joanne Marie Bowes on February 3, 1963. They were blessed with four children and shared their lives for over 44 years until her passing on May 21, 2007.

Bob was employed for over 35 years by the Masonite Corp. in Wysox until retirement in 2008.

He is Survived by his children; Rev. Robert (Louise) Strozyk of Millville, PA, Susanne (Robert) McMahon of Granville Summit, Kathleen (Michael) McNaul of S. Williamsport, Retired Police Sgt. Jack (Elaina) Strozyk of Canton, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, a close childhood friend, Ronnie Thomas of Wyalusing, several nieces, nephews, cousins and his dog, Leo.

In addition to his wife, Joanne, he was predeceased by two siblings.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 25th, at the Pepper Funeral Home & Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Dr. in Canton, PA. A memorial to celebrate Bob's life will follow at 12; 30 p.m. with his son, Rev. Robert Strozyk, officiating. Friends and family may gather at the the residence following the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
