Skyler S. Drake, 29, of Gillett, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024, as the result of a tragic automobile accident, alongside his longtime companion Rebecca High, who also passed away. Skyler Sebastion was born April 3, 1995, in Towanda, a son to Tina Frederick. He attended Troy area schools and was a graduate of the class of 2014. Skyler was employed at Cummings Veneer in Troy.

Skyler was a sports enthusiast, playing high school football and baseball, where he had several out-of-the-field hits. He also enjoyed floor hockey. Skyler was a kind and big-hearted guy and everyone loved his sense of humor.

Skyler leaves behind his mother; Tina Fredrick, brothers; Harley and Tristen Drake, grandmother; Glenda Fuller, aunts; Tammy (Delbert) Lewis, Wanda May (Burton Lewis) special friends and cousins; Krissy Driehourst, Steve Kent, Darcy (Kevin) Coulter, Delbert Jr. (Courtney) Lewis, Dillon May, Tyler May, Hailey Smith, Chelsea Logan, Brandon Roy and Zachary Despreaux and so many more.

Skyler was predeceased by his companion; Rebecca High, grandfather; Robert Fuller, great grandparents; James and Beatrice (Woodward) Avants, great uncles; Tim and Jim Avants, great aunt; June Avants Jackson, nephew; Baby Oliver Drake.
