Thomas D. Hinckley, 81, of Troy, PA, formerly of the Towanda area, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the Bradford County Manor. Tom was born in Binghamton, NY to the late Robert and Frances (Northrup) Hinckley. He attended Towanda Area Schools and was a graduate of the class of 1957. Tom was employed by Ingersall Rand until his retirement in 1993.

In keeping with Tom's wishes service's are private. Burial was held Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in Bradford County Memorial Park Cemetery.
