Thomas Hurlburt, 58, of Canton, Pa, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2019 at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Thomas Michael was born February 24, 1961 in Blossburg, Pa to James and Sandra (Burgess) Hurlburt. In his early years he enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. He attended many car shows with his 1967 ford galaxy that won numerous trophies. Tom was a lifelong truck driver until his health no longer permitted him to continue. He was a man of faith and was baptized Methodist.

Thomas was predeceased by his grandparents; Leon and Alta Burgess and Robert Hurlburt.

Tom is survived by his wife Justine (Bentz) Hurlburt of Canton, Pa.; his parents; James and Sandra Hurlburt of Canton, Pa., a very special grandmother; Leotta Hurlburt, his son and his son's mother; Dylan Hurlburt and Jeanie Pulos of Godeffroy, NY, his sisters; Patty (Ernie) Johns both of Canton, Pa., and Lisa Jennings (Shawn Spencer) both of Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., a brother; Larry (Debrah) Hurlburt of Watsontown, Pa., nieces: Ashley and Amanda Jennings, nephews; Scotty Jennings and Matthew Tillotson as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In keeping with Thomas's wishes services will be private. Pepper Funeral Home & Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Dr. in Canton, Pa. is assisting the family with arrangements.
