Timothy A. Bailey, 67, of Roaring Branch, passed away at his residence on Saturday, January 4, 2025, while surrounded by his loving family. Timothy was born March 3, 1957, in Sayre, a son of Phyllis (Smith) Bailey Dieffenbach and the late Harry Bailey Sr. He attended Towanda Area Schools and was a graduate of the class of 1975. On June 10, 1978, Tim married the former Betty Morris. Together they shared 46 years of marriage and raised two children. Tim was employed by Masonite for several years, and most recently maintenance for Shop Vac from 1989 until his retirement. Tim was a member of the Deacon of Faith Baptist Church.

Tim was a very intelligent jack of all trades. He loved shooting his air rifles, fishing and telescopes. Never one to sit still, you could often find him tinkering around the house or doing anything to work with his hands. He was a very loving family man who cherished his family, especially his grandkids. If you ever met Tim, you knew he made friends instantly. He was a caring and trusted husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.

Tim leaves behind his wife; Betty, son; Michael Bailey of Canton, daughter; Tammie Bailey (Brett Fleming) of Canton, grandchildren; Shannon, Marlene and Victor Brown, great grandchild; Gavin Vandyke, mother; Phyllis Dieffenbach of Monroeton, sister; Sherry Donovan of Monroeton, brother; Harry Bailey Jr., as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his father, Tim was predeceased by his brothers; David, Kenny and Donald Bailey.

Services to honor the life of Tim will be announced. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mr. Bailey's name may be directed to the Deacon of Faith Baptist Church, 3451 Route 414, Canton, PA 17724.
