Wanda L. (Rutty) Cashdollar, 81, of Covington, passed away at her residence on Saturday, July 4, 2026, with her loving family by her side. Wanda Lee was born February 17, 1945, in Canton, a daughter to the late Murray Earl and Audrey (Leach) Rutty. She attended Canton Area Schools and later earned her GED. On June 28, 1989, Wanda married David Cashdollar in Troy. The couple had just celebrated their 37th anniversary. Wanda was a former member of the Leroy Baptist Church and enjoyed attending the Grover Church of Christ with her daughter, Brenda.
Wanda, known by many as ToWanda or Mama, loved to crochet and read. Her favorite past time was listening to Neal McCoy and traveling just about anywhere she needed to attend one of his concerts with her granddaughter, Casaundra (Sissy). Above all she loved her family and time spent with them.
Wanda leaves behind her husband, David, son; Joe Gleason of Frackville, daughters; Angela “Angel” (David) Ayres of Roaring Branch and Brenda Gleason of Covington, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, a few bonus grandchildren with one special one being Trevor Schrader, sisters; Ruth Hunsinger of Rome, Mary Hill and Bertha Molash all of MN, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, Wanda was predeceased by a daughter; Kathy Gleason, sister; Barb Conrad, a niece; Kricket Rinebold, nephew; Richard Rinebold and a great grandson; Chayce Rider.
In keeping with Wanda’s wishes, services and burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive in Canton is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Pepper Funeral Home to help with her final expenses.
